SHIPPING
Q) How much do you charge for shipping?
A) We ship via USPS, UPS and DHL. Many items are shipped free. Shipping charges will be added at check-out based on the method chosen. We use real-time shipping rates received from the chosen carrier based on your shipped to location.
Q) Do you ship to Puerto Rico
A) YES! We ship most items to Puerto Rico via USPS, but DHL may also be available. At checkout, Select “Country” Puerto Rico (not state) Many items ship free to PR, others will require a shipping charge.
Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) Yes, we ship to most countries via DHL. We ship to Canada and Mexico via several carrier options. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer in each country and will be due to carrier prior to delivery.
Q) How long does shipping take?
A) Orders are often shipped by next business day, but your order may ship within 3 business days of purchase. Time in transit depends on shipping method chosen, carrier and your location.
Q) Will I be charged for taxes?
A) Suzuki Parts USA is located in Kentucky. Sales tax rate of 6% will be charged to any order shipped within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Due to legislation passed on June 21, 2018 with the Wayfair vs. South Dakota bill, taxes may be collected from your state of delivery. For out of state purchases not collected, it is up to each individual to report the purchase to their state and pay the applicable sales tax.
PAYMENT & WARRANTY
Q) What forms of payments do you accept?
A) We accept all major credit cards via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to setup payment.
Q) What are your warranty terms & conditions?
A) Parts carry original manufacturers warranty.
RETURNS
Q) What is your returns policy?
A) We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Item must be returned in “New” condition and in original packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
Q) What happens when my item is returned due to an inaccurate address?
A) Any item returned to us from the courier, due to an inaccurate address will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. Please verify your address prior to submitting your order.
PROMO POLICY
When an active promotion exists, any orders placed prior to promo dates will not be adjusted to the promotional pricing.
